Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver products all over Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
- Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 2-5 business days
Delivery time may vary during public holidays, festivals, or due to courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location.
- Inside Dhaka: ৳80
- Outside Dhaka: ৳130
Shipping charges may change depending on product size, weight, or promotional offers.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery service across Bangladesh.
Customers are requested to:
- Receive calls from courier agents
- Be available at the delivery address
- Check products in front of the courier delivery person
Order Confirmation
After placing an order:
- Our team may contact you for order confirmation
- Orders may be cancelled if customer confirmation is unavailable
Delivery Attempt
Courier companies usually attempt delivery 1-2 times.
If delivery fails due to:
- Wrong address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailable
The order may be cancelled automatically.
Product Checking Policy
Customers can check the product during delivery in front of the courier delivery person.
If you do not want to keep the product, you may return it immediately during delivery time.
Please note:
- Courier delivery charges must still be paid by the customer
- Returns after completed delivery are not accepted
Delayed Delivery
Unexpected delays may happen due to:
- Weather conditions
- Political issues
- Courier problems
- High order volume
