Product Checking During Delivery
Customers are requested to check the product in front of the courier delivery person at the time of delivery.
If the product has:
- Any damage
- Wrong item
- Size issue
- Or if you do not want to receive the product
You may instantly return the product to the courier delivery person during delivery time.
Important Return Conditions
- Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery in front of the courier agent
- After the courier delivery is completed, returns or exchanges will not be accepted
- Customers must pay the courier delivery charge even if the product is returned instantly
- Used, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible for return
Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Please make sure you are available to receive the parcel
- Fake orders or repeated delivery cancellations may result in future order restrictions
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately with:
- Order ID
- Product photo/video
- Packaging photo
After verification, we will arrange a replacement if applicable.
